This site is designed to educate parents, students, educators and members of our community about guidance services offered in Alachua County. The School Board of Alachua County recognizes that effective guidance & counseling programs are essential to students'  academic achievement, personal & social development, and career success.  It is our hope that you will take the time to familiarize yourself with the guidance personnel at each school, and the standards of excellence that underlie the services provided.  Guidance counselors, career   specialists and other members of the guidance team are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to the students, parents, and school personnel they serve. Please feel free to call on any member of the guidance services staff should you have a question about services  offered in our school district or at your child's school.
