Students may purchase a lunch or bring one from home. Students who bring their lunches may purchase milk. The cost of milk is $0.50.

Teachers collect lunch money from their students each day. Cash or check are acceptable forms of payment. If paying by check, make checks payable to W.W. Irby Elementary. A new system of paying for lunch and keeping updated on a student's lunch account is the myLunchMoney program. With myLunchMoney, giving your kids lunch money couldn't be easier. W.W. Irby Elementary participates in the program to provide free and reduced price lunches for families who qualify. Eligibility for this program is based on family income. Information and application forms are available through the front office and must be submitted at the beginning of each school year. This process takes several days to complete, and until the student's lunch status is known, the student will be responsible for paying full price for lunch.
