I would like to register for an activity but I cannot find it. The activites that you can see in the District Catalog or calendar are listed based on the selections you made when configuring your user profile. If you check and see that your school and department selections are correct, try checking the grade levels applicable for your school/center. If you are still having trouble, call your CREATE contact.
How do I create and Acitivity Proposal? All activities in MLP begin with a proposal. If you are a CREATE contact, you should have administrative priveledges to MLP that enable you to create activity proposals. More information
How do I enter Funding
Source Stipend/Sub information? Please include the funding source for
substitutes and stipends as the first sentence of your
activity description. For instance, if your department is
paying for the substitute, you might say, "Send In-county
Assignment Forms and Substitute Record form to (whomever you
designate) at ..... by..."
This will explain to teachers & principals who may have a
question about paperwork. This is NOT a change in paperwork
procedure, just a request that you include that information
in your activity
description.
Why do I see approvals for activites or proposals from staff members who are not part of my school or center? Activity requests and proposals are routed for approval based on the selections the staff member has made in THEIR user profile. If you receive approval requests from a person who is not part of your staff, please call the Staff Development office so the profile can be corrected and the approval can be re-routed to the correct administrator.
