Three tiered Training
Alachua County Digital Educators will use one of the
following methods of training depending on your needs. In
all schools we encourage the model of Train the Trainer. You
will most likely have several 'trainers' at your school or
center that specialize in certain software or skills. Our
training is delivered in three tiers:
- Hands on group learning: Structured learning with a
trainer in a computer lab. This training is available by
request if it is not already
offered in My Learning Plan as a
current offering.
- Onsite mentoring: Our Digital Technology Trainers
can help in the classroom
or your office to help reinforce skills. This training
is available by
request.
- Online learning: self-paced and available when you
are. Classes are available in our E-Learning Portal
(Moodle) or
through CustomGuide.
