ACPS Classroom Webs

Teachers are always encouraged to post a website. Even the bare essentials websites will free up your time in answering the same questions over and over.

We are currently providing free webhosting solutions with Google Sites and OnCourse.

These products are easy-to-use and free. We offer training and support to any teacher wishing to post their site. Please see our page on requesting training for more information.

ACPS School Webs

Schools are encouraged to have their webpages designed in Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage, or Microsoft WebExpressions. Of course handcoding is always accepted.

At this time we do not have a county template for schools. We offer training and support to the person who will be publishing and maintaining the website and encourage schools not to use students for web design.

ACPS Department Webs

We follow the same general rules for ACPS department websites and offer the same training and support for the person whose duties include being the webmaster.
