The entire 5th grade team uses Perks Passes as a way to keep track of the students who will attend the "Perk Day." Each Perks Pass has two boxes on them. If both boxes have a teacher signature then they lose their Perks Pass that week. If they have one signature, they still have their Pass for the week. Each Thursday morning they are given a new Perks pass which is effective until the following Wednesday. At the end of every month, we will hold a "Perks Day" (extra recess, treats, parties, etc.). If the student has lost their Pass for two or more weeks that month, they will be unable to attend Perks Day.

Perks Passes may be signed for the following reasons:
*Missed work
*Incomplete work
*Poor classroom behavior
*Agendas not signed on Mondays or any other day required by a teacher
*Failure to return progress reports, report card slips, or any other important documents
