PARENT INVOLVEMENT
IN EDUCATION MONTH |
 |
|
November has been designated as Parent Involvement in
Education Month.
All citizens and schools are encouraged to recognize the
importance
of families' involvement in the academic success and
well-being of
Florida's children. Families and educators are urged to
focus time
this month on taking parental involvement in children's
learning to
the next level, setting high expectations for students and
developing
stronger connections between home and school.
Attached are calendars of
activities for parents to do with their
children, as well as
activities for schools to use. |
