TIGERS ON TRACK

Rules are necessary to maintain an orderly and effective school. Rules help maintain a safe environment for all students and to ensure that the educational program can be carried on. Staying on track and following the rules at Glen Springs Elementary School will help everyone have a good year. Here are the behaviors that we expect from you.


CODE OF  STUDENT CONDUCT

We believe that our students make Glen Springs a special place by the way they dress and the way they act. All students are given a copy of the Code of Student Conduct of the School Board of Alachua County.. Additional copies can be obtained in the BRT's office.

The dress code is as follows:

Headcovering is allowed on campus for medical and religious reasons only. Students may wear hats for inclement weather; however, hats must be removed upon arrival on campus and placed in backpacks or cubbies. Teachers may allow hats in the classroom for a special event.

Do not wear see-through clothing except when a non-see-through shirt is worn as an undershirt.

Clothing must cover midriffs

Do not wear clothing imprinted with profanity and/or inappropriate graphics.

All clothing must be properly and securely fastened.

Undergarments must be covered.
