In accordance with the school board
policy and for the safety
our students and staff, the following
policies are in place:
All visitors to our school must enter through
the main doors of the building and sign in and out at the front office.
Students
are not permitted to leave school without written permission from the office.
During the school day, students will be checked out from a classroom
only to a school staff member. We will not check a
student out to any adult at the classroom. If a person stops by a classroom
to check a student out, the teacher will ask the adult to check the student
out through the office.
When school is dismissed, each student should immediately go home,
to a location that is designated for parent pick-up or directly to the bus
loading zone. Walking students should leave the campus in an orderly manner,
as soon as school is dismissed.
Changes in dismissal plans for your
child MUST be in writing and given to the teacher at the beginning of the
school day.
