The county has installed a new software program called
Web Query to provide bus stop information for schools,
parents and students. Web Query will be updated daily. It
is easy to use ... simply enter your address, then select a
grade and school to get detailed bus information. A map showing the closest stops
can also be printed for handy reference.
-
What if the Bus is Late?
- Students must remain seated at all times while riding the
bus. Please remind your child to talk quietly.
Eating and drinking on the bus are not permitted. Students must obey
the bus driver at all times.
Students who walk or ride their bike to school should remain
on the sidewalk. Crossing guards are on duty at the main
intersections to direct students safely. Please remind
your student to cross at these intersections. Bikes should
be walked, not ridden, when crossing streets and when on campus.
Be sure your student has a locking device to secure his/her bike
to the bike rack. There is no adult supervision on campus until 7:20 a.m.
Students can be dropped off in the car pick-up/drop-off area
beginning at 7:20 a.m. There is no adult supervision
before 7:20 a.m. For safety reasons, please do not
drop-off your student in the parking area.
After all buses have arrived, the bus circle will be opened
for car drop-off if traffic is heavy. Please do not enter
the bus circle unless directed by school staff.
School staff will direct you through the pick-up line.
Please do not encourage your child to come to your vehicle until
he/she is directed. To help the line progress smoothly,
please display your family name or assigned number on the dash of your car.
Staff or patrols will assist your child into your vehicle.
Students are not allowed to meet you in the parking area.
Please remember that school ends at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
For the safety of our students, we ask that all drivers
refrain from using cell phones or other electronic devices while
on campus. It is very important that both students and
adults remain alert and attentive in the drive-thru and parking
lot areas.
