Message from our Principal
Our school is located in the community of High Springs, Florida approximately 20 miles northwest of Gainesville, home of the University of Florida. High Springs Community School opened its doors in this location 30 years ago, and currently serves over 1000 children in pre-kindergarten through the eighth grade.
The mission of High Springs Community School is to provide a progressive and challenging academic program that meets the needs of each child. We accomplish this task in a mutually respectful and collaborative setting, together with the students, teachers, staff, parents and the community. The end result is a positive and exciting educational experience for each of our students.
