The Alachua County School District is converting to an online application system on:

 JANUARY 7, 2008

Online applications and vacancy postings will be available effective January 7, 2008

            New Applicants
            All new applicants MUST submit an online application through the district’s
            website at www.sbac.edu.

             Current Applicants
             All current applicants MUST complete an online application through the
             district’s website at www.sbac.edu.

             Current applicants may request to have transcripts, references, or other
             documents in their paper applications scanned by calling 352-955-7654, ext. 236.

             Current Employees
             Current employees MUST complete an online Job Transfer Request Form
             through the district’s website at  www.sbac.edu to apply for positions.

             Computer Access or Assistance
             Individuals needing computer access or assistance may visit the FloridaWorks Office
             located at 4800 S.W. 13^th Street or the ACPS Department of Personnel Services,
             Kirby Smith Center, 620 East University Avenue.
