What is PTA?
Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of Florida. Our objectives are:
1. To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community.
2. To help raise the standards of home life.
3. To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of our children.
4. To bring into a closer relation the home and the school that parents and teachers work together for the education of our children.

Why be a member of PTA?
As a member of W.W. Irby Elementary PTA, you can help provide many needed services in our school and community. Furthermore, all of these services will benefit your child. So please remember W.W. Irby Elementary is your child's school. It is helping to shape your child's life. Make sure you give it the attention it deserves through your membership in your PTA.
