Lincoln Middle School Sports Academy

(6-8 grades)
The sports Academy will assist students in developing interpersonal skills
and strategies. Students will participate in open dialogue about the
effect and consequences of drug and alcohol use. It is the intent of the
sports academy to provide students with life skills through dialogue and
organizational activities
Fee: Per Semester (Fee scale based on lunch status)

*All fees must accompany application and are non-refundable.
Students are to report to the assigned area by 3:40. Students who are
consistently late may be dropped from the program. A snack will be
provided. Appropriate behavior is expected from each student.
Misbehavior and disrespect will not be tolerated. Parents will be notified
of any concerns regarding student's behavior. After one parent contact
a student may be dismissed from the program if further misbehavior occurs.
All students should be off campus by 5:30. Parents are expected to pick up
students on time. Any student not picked up on time will be charged
$5.00/every 15 minutes overtime. Any student left more than 30 minutes
with no parent contact will be taken to the Alachua County Sheriff's Department.
Any student left loitering around campus or not picked up by the parent
continuously may be asked to leave the program. Thanks to you and your
