SENDING IN AV MATERIALS FOR CATALOGING
Please do not send the actual audiovisual items in for processing. Please fill out an AV cataloging request form and photocopy the fronts and backs of videotape covers and the fronts of cd's and attach these to the cataloging forms. It is critical that we receive all necessary information including ISBN numbers and summary information so that a good record can be made.Do not assign barcodes to av items being sent in. We will do that as we catalog the item.
