We have 74 patrols this year! We will be swearing in the newest patrols very soon - make sure to come out to their swearing in!
- Chocolate Sale

- Each box is $50 worth of chocolate with half going to the child's individual "account" for the Washington trip.
- Each child will be able to have only ONE box at a time to sell.
- Money will ONLY be collected on exchange days. Please do not send in money until an exchange day.
- Exchange days are Tuesday and Friday mornings.
- There is no pre-buying additional boxes.
- Panther paw tattoos
- $1.00 per 2 tattoos; 4 tattoos per sheet (they are to be cut up if necessary)
- Proceeds will go towards the general fund. Time selling tattoos does count for points for chaperones.
- There will be a big baseball tournament the first weekend of December which we can sell tattoos and possibly other goodies at. Look at the "Concession Stand - Baseball tournament" section below for specifics.
- Tattoos are available to be checked out and sold. We will not be able to sell the tattoos at the high school football games. See Tania Roland to get sheets to sell.
- Pasta Fundraiser

- The tournament will definitly use Black Diamond Sports Park and the Newberry Sports Complex. If they need more fields, they will also use the West Park.

- There could be short notice (only 2 weeks) whether we will have this opportunity - BE PREPARED.

- Yard Sale

- Parents of patrols will have the first option to rent a table, then it will be open to the public.
- This is a great opportunity to do some spring cleaning (right after you get more stuff for Christmas)!

- Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

- The person buying doughnuts will be able to choose either to pick up a box of doughnuts on the delivery date, or a certificate to pick up a box at the Krispy Kreme shop in Gainesville at their convienence.

- Valentine's Day Love Notes
- We will be selling brighton tins filled with candies, and valentine's baggies filled with candies. Parents and/or friends can purchase them for any student and the patrols will deliver the package to the student in class.

- BBQ Dinner and Bake Sale - COMPLETED

- Tuesday, October 23rd - Dinners were served along with the teacher conference night. Dinners included 1/4 chicken, coleslaw, bread and baked beans. The price for each ticket was $6.50.
- Proceeds will go towards the child's individual "account" for the Washington trip. Each dinner earns approximately $1.50.
- There was also a bake sale - every parent that brought in a dessert is credited 1 hour of volunteer time.
- Bake sale profits will go towards the general fund.
There will NOT be a Christmas store this year and there will NOT be a Christmas dance/social. If you are interested in helping with the Fundraising Committee contact Ms. Dann or Ms. Roland.

- Chaperones will be selected from a combination of those who have the highest "points" earned from volunteering and from a lottery pull.
- Chaperones will need a thorough background check performed by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office. This is in addition to the background check performed when you sign up as a volunteer for the school.
- Chaperones will need to pay the deposit at the same time as the student. If the chaperone is not selected, the deposit will be refunded.
- Only 1 adult can work to earn money for their child. If more adults are needed to work then additional adults may be recruited to work and earn money for the child.
