William Cecil Golden School Leadership Development Program

This program provides support for current and aspiring principals as instructional leaders. It is coordinated through the Florida DOE and provides a network designed to support the HR needs of principals and other administrators. Through this website you can access an enormous wealth of resources. The ACPS Staff Development office would like for each of you to register on this site and give us feedback regarding its benefits to you as an instructional leader.

Another resource available to you through the Delta program is that of Professional Partners. Professional Partners is a network of retired educators who have been trained in Coaching, Mentoring, Instructional & Assessment Best Practices, School Culture, Data Analysis, etc. They are available to help current school leaders with challenges and issues that may be faced at the school site. The regional contact is Bill Baker (k4gns@quisfl.net) and the ACPS district contact is Mary Jean Davis (mdavj@aol.com).

*Ten points will be awarded for registering and submitting a narrative about the modules you have used from this website. Bring this narrative to your administrative evaluation with your immediate supervisor. The narrative should be turned in to Staff Development. Use the resources and/or modules on this website all year long. Additional points will be awarded as you complete modules and submit narratives.
