| Accountability Forms: These forms were developed by Staff Development to
assist principals when determining a focus for training for each school year
and the strategies implemented to achieve these goals. These
forms are submitted yearly to the Staff Development office, Kirby-Smith, as
documentation of each schools' professional development focus. Professional
development should be aligned with the district goals, SIP and each
teacher's PDP. Action Research/Inquiry Process and Learning Communities
are two powerful tools to improve teacher instruction and impact student
achievement.
