Welcome to the Alachua County Public Schools. As new teachers you will face many challenges and overcome the hurdles of first year employees and teachers. The ACIP program is designed to support you and celebrate with you as you proceed through, what will surely be, one of the most life-changing years you will ever experience. Each new teacher will be assigned to a small group with a seminar leader. You will meet in these small groups and in larger groups throughout the year.
