Project Development staff members help Alachua County teachers, principals, and administrative staff secure funding to support and enhance educational programs. The department assists with the following:

• Planning and Developing Programs
• Providing Current Opportunities for Teachers
• Identifying funding sources
• Preparing and Submitting Grant Proposals
• Project Monitoring and Reporting
• Complying with Federal and State Regulations
• Grant Writing Lessons for teachers

All proposals for grant funding for Alachua County schools should be sent to Project Development for final processing and submission to the funding agency.
