School Board Purchasing Card "P-Card"

Welcome to the School Board P-Card Website

All P-Card purchases must have a clear business purpose and be permitted by the funding source. Remember, all P-Card transactions are subject to review by the Auditors.

Please be sure that your school or department has the budget available before making any charges.

All P-Card Users must receive training from the Finance and Purchasing Departments and execute the School Board of Alachua County Cardholder Acceptance Form before using their P-Cards.

MESSAGES TO P-CARD HOLDERS

 

  1. School Purchasing Cards have been ordered.
  2. The P-Card procedures have been revised. Changes are highlighted in yellow. Please review them carefully. These changes address new rules about the School level P-Cards.
  3. The less than $300 limit on electrical/mechanical equipment, furniture, A/V equipment, and in-county equipment repair/maintenance has been increased to $400. These changes are also included in the revised procedures.
