This report provides access to general student demographics, standardized test scores and student grade history by student. The report is designed to be exported as a PDF and printed. |
Avery Labels ( 8160 ) for Mailing |
This report is designed to generate a PDF file that can then be printed locally on a printer that has been loaded with Avery 8160 labels for printing. NOTE: YOU MUST USE A LASER PRINTER.
Step 1: Select a Teacher (or even ALL teachers).
Step 2: Select a Period of the day.
Step 3: Go to the "Select a format" box and select "Acrobat (PDF) File".
Step 4: Use your mouse to click on the "Export" link. When the 'File Download' box appears, select "Save" and choose a location to save the file.
Step 5: Once saved, open the file and print it. |

Middle and High Schools. This is a large report listing each student's course, teacher and room by period. The report is intended to provide schedule data to be imported into other local programs. By default, the report is generated in Microsoft Excel. You must have Excel on your computer to use the download.

| Tentative Students for 08~09 |
This is a large report mirrored from the General Student Data Download report. This report contains tentative student enrollments for 2008-2009. Each school will have more students in this file than you will actually have in August of 08. You will need to delete the transitional students that you know will be graduating from this file. Please note that this is TENTATIVE. This report is intended to aid your decision making processes for scheduling and resource allocation for next school year (2008 - 2009). Student grade levels are their current 0708 grade level.
