Accountability Reports and Worksheets

This page is established to provide a common entry point for school accountability contacts to access the various reports and activities associated with the school accountability process.

Every student has a right of privacy in the educational records kept by the School Board. The records are confidential under federal and state law, and may not be released by school employees except as provided in Board Policy 8350.

Step 1: Active Membership File Verification

This step is completed. No further action is required.
THE FINAL FILE IS POSTED HERE FOR YOUR USE IN PLANNING.

Final Accountability Membership File Changes to the membership file have been completed. This file represents the students in your school who will be included in the calculation of your school grades and AYP. Of special interest are the following.
  • The column labeled 'Survey 2-3 Match' - In this column, only those students with a value of 1 or 2 will be used in calculating your school grade.
  • The column 'Read Pass 10' - A value of 'Y' in this column indicates the student has passed the tenth grade FCAT Reading test.
  • The column 'Math Pass 10' - A value of 'Y' in this column indicates the student has passed the tenth grade FCAT Math test.
  • The column 'Withdrew' - Indicates the student withdrew from your school and will not be included in your school grades even though they may have a match code of 1 or 2.


Step 2: Survey 2 Prior Year Missing Data Worksheet and Membership Update Verification.

This step is completed. No further action is required.


Step 3: Assessment Edits

This section will be available for a two week period during May.
