Alachua Parade 12/13: Contact Amber Hill and Lauren Schmidt for more information

Tutoring:  Don’t forget that there is tutoring in Mr. Hinote’s on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Nov. update: We collected animal food for the no-kill shelters in our area. Students brought in cat and dog food to help these non-profit shelters. They were VERY appreciative of the donation. We donated over 200 lbs. of food to the no-kill shelters in Gainesville.

Dec. update: We donated two bags of clothing and 6 toys each to the two little girls we adopted for Christmas. We also gave the Grandmother gift-cards to CVS, Publix, Walmart, and a phone card so she can call relatives during Christmas time. Thank you for giving this Christmas to our adopted family.

Looking forward to January: We will be collecting blankets, jackets, and coats during the month of January. Make sure they have been recently cleaned and package in a bag with your name on it for you to receive points. These coats/blankets go to St. Francis House and other homeless sites in Gainesville. Last year we gave away over 100 coats/blankets. Let's try to double that this year!

February is our annual candy drive. We need to raise about $2000 for the American Cancer Society and to help those going to convention in April-May. Get your selling shoes on and get ready.
