Mrs. Monplaisir is the library specialist at Talbot.
She received her M. Ed. degree from the University of Florida and has
taught in other schools in Alachua County. She is married and has a
grown son who lives in Sammamish, Washington.
Mrs. Monplaisir loves bringing children and good books
together. Her development of the library collection and media program
at Talbot has been a labor of love since the school opened.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, surfing the web, aerobic dancing,
and playing with her big white cat, Cotton.
