     Student Records and Transcripts

Anyone interested in obtaining student records can do so by faxing or mailing the Records Release Authorization form to the Student Records office.  Records that are less than five years old you may contact the last-attended school -  (Click here for listing of School Numbers)

 

Information needed to obtain records includes:

Present name of student

bullet

Name while attending school/maiden name (if different than present name)

bullet

Name of Alachua County Public School(s) for which you are requesting records

bullet

Year last attended or year graduated

bullet

Date of birth

bullet

Address or fax number where the records should be sent - please provide list for multiple requests

bullet

Signature

bullet

Copy of driver's license, state ID or other form of identification showing picture, name and date of birth

     Gainesville, FL  32601

emailed to:

or  faxed to:

     352-955-7742

 

 

In most cases, requests for records will be processed in two to three working days.
