Mission
- To enhance or create networks for our school district which promotes
problem solving, system change and improved community involvement.
- Facilitate information sharing seminars.
- Identify potential problems. Design pro-active strategies to support
programs and people who help children.
- Provide a mechanism for dialogue and community problem-solving.
- Encourage shared decision making and shared accountability at the
policy level.
- Identify issues requiring top level decisions.
- Research issues, gather data, and develop options for decision
making.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as Superintendent's liaison with designated school and
community representatives.
- Advise the Superintendent on specific matters relating to the
improvement of community and school relations.
- Assist the Superintendent with general administrative duties as
requested.
- Assist the Superintendent in interacting with individuals and groups
to facilitate problem solving and dispute resolution.
- Assumes responsibility for special projects as assigned.
- Serve as a member of the Superintendent's senior leadership team.
- Facilitate site analysis for schools to access needs.
