• Ms. Lineberger's World Cultures

Pack your backpack the night before with all of your work for the next day!

Homework every night: Review the work of the day.

Set your long-term memory up for success by:

    1. reading over your notes from class

    2. use reliable websites (URLs with .edu, .gov, or .org) to search for more information.

Find assignments on the calendar on the right, click on the day.  All assignments are due the next day unless noted otherwise.

    Extra help / Tutoring:

I am happy to help any student who

    • doesn't understand something we're studying
    • doesn't understand an assignment
    • has been absent and needs help catching up.

Please arrange to meet with me

    • during A lunch (get a pass from me)
    • after school (schedule time between 3:40 to 5:00 p.m.).

Make sure you have a way home if we're meeting after school, and that your adult(s) know where you will be and when you will be ready to leave.

In World Cultures we will explore the geography, beliefs, political and economic systems, and technological discoveries of early civilizations.  We will look for connections between cultures of the past and our own lives.
