The Alachua County Scholastic Chess Association (ACSCA) is a nonprofit organization that organizes chess clubs in the public schools throughout Alachua County. ACSCA also organizes tournaments and offers private lessons. In addition to upper echelon programs like Williams, ACSCA is invested in offering free services to economically challenged populations in east Gainesville.

The Chess Club meets Wednesdays from August-March. Club fees are $150 with sibling discounts available.
