KMS Band has 285 students enrolled in the 5 different levels of band.  

The top 4 bands performed in the Annual Music Performance Assessments this Spring with all bands earning straight Superiors.

248 students performed in the Solo and Ensemble performances and assessments.  222 earned Superior Rating.  26 earned an Excellent Rating.  32 Kanapaha Middle School students of the 90 district students performed in the Honor Band.  

We have added Color Guard and Steel Drums this year as extracurricular clubs.
