Free/Reduced Meal Applications

Students who attend Newberry High School are no longer automatically eligible for the free breakfast/lunch program through the USDA beginning with the 22-23 school year. In order for your child to qualify for the free or reduced meal plan at Newberry High School, you must complete a meal application EACH YEAR. Additional information about the qualification requirements and the application process (as well as the online application) can be found at You can apply online or you can obtain a paper copy of the application from the NHS Front Office and submit the completion application to Your Choice Fresh Food & Nutrition at 3700 NE 53rd Avenue, Building B, Gainesville, FL 32609. We would strongly suggest that you submit your application as soon as possible to avoid a delay in approval as it may take a minimum of 3 days for your online application to be processed, and even longer if you choose to submit a paper copy application.
