You can not participate in any sport on the NHS campus until you have signed and uploaded all of the paperwork to the website (https://athleticclearance.fhsaahome.org/). The website is now open for the 2023-24 season, so don't wait to get started. If you previously opened an account last year, you will be able to sign in again with the same login information.
