Here are the announcements for Wednesday, September 22nd:
๐Ÿšซ Students, please remember that you can not bring food into the gym during open gym or during the 3-on-3 play. If you have questions, please see Coach Hughes.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ‍โ™€๏ธ Any girls who are interested in participating in weightlifting this year, there will be an informational meeting after school today at 3:00 pm in the Deans’ office.
๐Ÿ‘ฏ The Prideful Panthers step team will practice after school tomorrow in Mr. Woods’ classroom from 3:00 pm until 4:15 pm. Make sure to put on your dancing shoes!
๐Ÿ’ Class of 2023! A representative from Herff Jones will be on the NHS campus tomorrow to give a presentation for class rings. Students will be given information packets, which will include the order form. The Herff Jones representative will return on October 5th to take orders during Lunch A and Lunch B. A $60 deposit is required to place an order and they will accept cash, check, or credit card. Additionally, you can also go to to place an order online.
๐ŸŽš The F.C.A. will have a meeting this Friday (September 24th) before school at 8:10 am in Mrs. Harris’ room. Everyone is welcome so feel free to stop by!
๐ŸฅŽ There will be an informational meeting next Tuesday (September 28th) for any girls who are interested in playing softball this year. The meeting will be in the East TV right after school. If you have any questions, please see Coach Roundtree.
Today’s Reminder:
Food and Drinks: There should be none in the buildings. NHS is a closed campus and students are not permitted to leave campus for lunch. Additionally, you may not have food dropped off or delivered to you. Students are not allowed to bring Polar Cups or “to go” cups to campus. Water bottles are encouraged and we have several bottle filling stations around campus.
Students, please remember to check your school email accounts everyday for important announcements and reminders. Remember, if you are having trouble or have questions about anything at all, turn to an adult. And please, if you see something, say something ( Success is best when it is shared BUT most importantly, “Always remember, Shepp loves the kids!”
