It’s a great day to be a Newberry Panther!
Here are the announcements for Tuesday, September 13th:
Parking is now being enforced on the NHS campus. You must have a decal to park on campus. Only Seniors are to park in the Senior Parking Lot and all others must park in the gated parking lot. If you are parked illegally, you will be ticketed.
Progress Reports will be available in Skyward on Thursday (September 15th). If you are unable to view the Progress Report in Skyward at that time, please contact the NHS Guidance Office for assistance.
Don’t forget that picture day is Thursday (September 15th). Pictures of 9th through 11th grade students will be taken during their English class. Seniors who have not yet had their senior pictures done can have them taken in the auditorium after school on Thursday.
Students who still need a passing score on the Algebra 1 EOC will finish retaking the exam tomorrow. Make sure you are on time and ready to do your best!
The Junior Class SGA will meet in the morning before school tomorrow at 8:00 am in Dr. Bolejack’s classroom.
Senior class SGA will meet tomorrow in the morning before school at 8:00 am in Mr. Marlowe’s classroom.
Robotics will meet after school tomorrow at 3:00 pm in Dr. Bolejack’s classroom.
The National Honor Society will meet on Thursday (September 15th) before school at 8:00 am in Ms. Schentrup’s classroom.
Representatives from the US Air Force will be on the NHS campus on Thursday (September 15th) during both Lunch A and Lunch B. If you are interested in serving in the US military after graduation, make sure to stop by and get additional information.
Panthers please remember ALL head coverings including hats, hoodies, and earphones/headphones/airpods are not allowed to be worn on campus.

COVID-19 Guidelines: The wearing of masks is optional on the NHS campus. Please continue to wash your hands, practice social distancing, and don’t share any items.
Students, please remember to check your school email accounts every day throughout the summer for important announcements and reminders.
