It’s a great day to be a Newberry Panther! 🐾
Here are the announcements for Tuesday, March 7th:
Representatives from the US Marine Corps will be on the NHS campus tomorrow during Lunch A and Lunch B to provide information about military service after graduation. Make sure to stop by if you’d like to receive information.
After school CROP will continue this week after school Tuesday through Thursday beginning at 3:00 pm in Burkett’s classroom.
The Junior SGA will meet tomorrow morning before school at 8:00 am in the NHS Media Center.
The Senior SGA will meet tomorrow morning before school at 8:00 am in Mr. Marlowe’s classroom.
The Robotics Club will meet tomorrow after school at 3:00 pm in Mr. Truesdell’s classroom.
SENIORS: The Santa Fe College Foundation is extending the 2023-2024 scholarship application priority date to March 20th. This priority date is for HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS only and is less competitive than others. A representative from Santa Fe College will be on the NHS Campus on Thursday (March 9th) during Lunch A and Lunch B to answer any questions you may have.
Panthers, if you are 17 years or older (or 16 years old with parental consent), please remember that you are able to donate blood on Friday (March 10th) in the NHS Auditorium. Stop by and see the NHS Nurse if you have any questions or if you would like to sign up!
The Student Body SGA will have a meeting in the morning on Friday (March 10th) before school at 8:00 am in Mr. Marlowe’s classroom.
The FCA will have a meeting this Friday (March 10th) before school at 8:00 am in the NHS Gym. If you’d like to become involved, make sure to stop by!
