The 9th grade Criminal Justice Swearing In Ceremony will take place tonight in the NHS Auditorium at 6:30 pm.
Conditioning for boys’ basketball will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 pm until 4:45 pm beginning on Monday (August 22nd). Any boys who are not currently playing other sports are welcome to participate.
Tryouts for the Panther basketball cheer squad will be tomorrow in the NHS Auditorium from 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm. Make sure to bring your spirit and try out!
If you are interested in participating in the Robotics Club this year, stop by Dr. Bolejack’s classroom after school on Wednesday (August 24th) at 3:00 pm to get additional information. Students must have their own transportation home at the end of the meeting.
There will be a parent meeting in the NHS Commons Area on Thursday (August 25th) for any student interested in playing either boys’ or girls’ soccer this year. Make sure a parent attends the meeting if you are interested in participating!
We want all our Panthers to remember the Panther way to Success:
*Be Reliable - Maintain consistency with what you say and do
*Be Respectful - Show consideration of someone or something
*Be Responsible - Be dependable, keep promises, and honor commitments
Today’s Reminder:
Tardies: Tardies impact school success and student behavior, are a distraction to all students, and cause a disruption in teaching. Make sure you’re on time every day, to every class. Excessive tardies may result in lunch detention or ISD.
Students, please remember to check your school email accounts every day throughout the summer for important announcements and reminders. Remember, if you are having trouble or have questions about anything at all, turn to an adult. And please, if you see something, say something ( “Always remember, Shepp loves the kids!”
