Here are the announcements for Wednesday, January 24th:
Report Cards for the first semester are now available for viewing in Skyward. If you have any issues in viewing the report card or are unable to access Skyward, please contact Mrs. Honeycutt in the NHS Guidance Office for assistance.
The Robotics Club will meet before school tomorrow at 8:00 am in Ms. Troy’s classroom.
Tickets are limited for the basketball games this Friday (January 26th) at Williston Middle/High School to 200 AT THE DOOR AND 300 ONLINE AT WWW.GOFAN.CO. Make sure to get your tickets NOW before they sell out! Help us pack the stands for our Panthers and cheer them on to victory!
SENIORS: It's time to start planning for Grad Bash! This year, the Newberry High School Grad Bash will be on Saturday (April 13th). The cost of a ticket is $125.00 and you MUST be off the debt list to purchase your ticket. Students can place a deposit of $60.00 to hold a ticket. All tickets will need to be PAID IN FULL by March 1, 2024. Stop by the NHS Media Center to get your ticket before it's too late!
NHS Yearbooks are now on sale for $55.00. After February 1, 2024, the price of the Yearbooks will increase to $65.00, so don't wait to get yours! You can place your order for a Yearbook at
Seniors don’t forget to order your caps and gowns for graduation. Prices are expected to increase soon so don’t wait! Order forms are available in the NHS Front Office or online at

Today’s Reminder:
Phones and Headphones: These must be off and out of sight during class, unless your teacher gives specific permission for use. Cell phones, earbuds, airpods, headphones, and other electronic devices are only permitted to be in use before and after school, and during lunch periods. Students who have any types of these devices out when not permitted may receive disciplinary action.
Students, please remember to check your school email accounts every day for important announcements and reminders. Remember, if you are having trouble or have questions about anything at all, turn to an adult. And please, if you see something, say something ( “Always remember, Shepp loves the kids!”
