We are so very grateful for the opportunity to lead and represent Alachua Elementary School! Our goal this year is to work with the community and our families to develop strong and positive partnerships that will not only build upon the long-standing traditions of AES, but will also support our students, our staff, and our families as we look toward the future.   

Alachua Elementary is a school that is deeply rooted in tradition, yet we are always looking to the horizon as we prepare for the future.  We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that makes student learning a priority and empowers our students, our staff, our parents, and our community.  It is only through a strong, shared commitment between parents, students, teachers, support staff, and administrators that our students can flourish and receive the quality education necessary for success in today’s society.  

We encourage each of you to be involved in your child's education by building connections with our teachers and participating in the Alachua Elementary PTA (Parent Teacher Association). To maximize learning, we also request that your child is at school every day and on time.  Together, we will create an environment that will allow our students to be nurtured, to grow, and to reach high levels of academic success.  Together, we will foster a building culture that celebrates the hard work of our staff members and our students while emphasizing the importance of self-care and compassion.
