Cap and Gown Information

  • Students in our Senior class attended a presentation with a representative from Herff Jones and were provided ordering information for graduation announcements, memorabilia, and caps and gowns. Herff Jones will return to the NHS campus on Thursday (November 16th) and Friday (November 17th) to accept orders and deposits in the NHS Commons Area during Lunch A and Lunch B. Information packets are available in the NHS Front Office and these items can also be viewed and ordered online: Herff Jones / Newberry High School

Graduation Rehearsal (Mandatory)

  • There will be a walk-through graduation rehearsal at the University of Florida Stephen C. O'Connell Center (Exactech Arena) on Thursday, May 30, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Don't be late! There will be a bus provided for any students who need transportation from Newberry High School. Please contact the NHS Front Office for more information.

Commencement Ceremony

  • The Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the University of Florida Stephen C. O'Connell Center (Exactech Arena) located at 250 Gale Lemerand Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611 (click the map below for directions).

    The doors at Gate 1 will open for guest entry at 6:00 pm.
