EDEP begins after school dismissal each day

Program Information

Fees - are due in advance on Friday. EDEP accepts checks, money order, or cash made out to Meadowbrook EDEP. Please do not drop checks off in the front office or with classroom teacher.

Pick up -  Program hours are from school dismissal until 5:30pm. Please sign your child out each day. We close promptly at 5:30pm. Late pick up fees will be added and up to 2 late pick ups can result in student dismissal from EDEP. You can pick up in front of cafeteria and please do not leave your car running. 

Homework - We offer homework time each day. Please speak with your child about your expectations during this time. 

Snack - your child will receive snack each day. However, they're welcome to bring an extra snack from home to eat anytime during the day.

Program Fees

 Your child must have a lunch status to determine fees.

Full Rate: First Child $60

Scholarship Rate III: First Child $40

Scholarship Rate II: First Child $25

 Scholarships are available based on household income. The parent must complete an application and submit income verification to determine the proper fees to be charged. Until the scholarship form is processed, everyone will pay the full rate.

Payments may be made by credit card or bank account using the Procare parent app.  Payments may also be made by check or cash at the EDEP office. 

Please DO NOT drop checks off in the front office or with your child’s teacher.

Fees are always due no later than Monday of the current week.
