Program hours are from school dismissal until 6:00pm

Late fees will be charged beginning at 6:01pm at a rate of $15.00 per child for every 15 minutes you are late. Three late pick ups will result in dismissal from the program.

Registration for the 2023-24 school year is still open!  You can pick up registration materials in the front office anytime during normal business hours.
In order to register, we need:

• a registration card filled out front and back
• cash or check for the $25 registration fee per student
• cash or check for first week's fees 
  
• signed acknowledgment of rules and guidelines
• "Application for Reduced EDEP Fees", if needed- the first page of 2022 tax return attached to the application

The SBAC's Extended Day Enrichment Program offers after-school supervision and a variety of enrichment activities for children in 6th through 8th grade. The program is non-profit and entirely fee-supported by those using its services.

Each day we provide a healthy snack followed by half an hour of mandatory homework time with optional access to computers. There is no mandatory homework on Friday's.

After homework time, students may participate in a variety of EDEP activities and clubs. EDEP is a great space for your teen to socialize in a supervised environment, get homework done, and participate in a wide range of stimulating enrichment activities.

We make every effort to work with parents and teachers alike to provide the tutoring, mentorship, and creative opportunities each student needs to be the best they can be, in the classroom and beyond.

Cell Phones:

EDEP will not be responsible for your child’s cell phone. Cell phones may not be used to record or participate in activities that do not align with school board policies. If your child/children are found in violation of these rules, they will be asked to put their cell phones in their backpacks where it will remain until the end of the school day. In the event a child must use his/her cell phone, to ensure the safety of all students it will be used under the direct supervision of the EDEP staff.

Homework: 

ALL students will be required to participate in the 30 minute mandatory homework time on Monday's through Thursday's. There is no mandatory homework on Friday's. If a student does not have homework to complete. they will be asked to read a book quietly until mandatory homework ends.

Full Rate: First Child $60.00

Scholarship Rate III: First Child $40.00

Scholarship Rate II: First Child $25.00

Scholarships are available based on household income. The parent must complete an application and income verification to determine the proper fees to be charged. Until this form is processed everyone will pay the full rate. Scholarship applications must be submitted yearly.
