After school CROP sessions will continue daily this week through Thursday (May 2nd) in Ms. Burkett’s classroom from 3:00 pm until 5:30 pm.

Seniors who are interested in giving a speech at graduation need to start preparing their rough drafts. Speech tryouts will be held on Thursday (May 9th) immediately after school in the NHS Auditorium.

Seniors, if you haven’t ordered your cap and gown you need to do so ASAP as time is running out. Order forms are in the NHS Front Office or you can order online at www.herffjones.com .

Representatives from the US Marine Corps are scheduled to be on the NHS campus tomorrow during Lunch A and Lunch B to provide information about military service after graduation. Make sure to stop by if you’d like to receive information.

Representatives from the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office will be on the NHS campus tomorrow during Lunch A and Lunch B to speak with students interested in a career in law enforcement after graduation.

The NHS Band of Pride will hold its Spring Concert in the NHS Auditorium tomorrow night beginning at 7:00 pm.

Representatives from the Santa Fe Achieve Program will be back in the NHS Media Center on Wednesday (May 1st). Make sure to stop by and get more information if you are interested.

Food and Drinks: There should be no food or drinks in the buildings which are from outside campus. NHS is a closed campus and students are not permitted to leave campus for lunch. Additionally, you may not have food dropped off or delivered to you. Students are not allowed to bring Polar Cups or “to go” cups to campus. Water bottles are encouraged and we have several bottle filling stations around campus.
