The holidays are a wonderful opportunity to show involvement and help our community, so show admissions officers what you are passionate about through your volunteer choices. Many scholarships and college admissions contain minimum requirements for volunteer service hours to successfully apply. Don’t forget to turn in your completed volunteer service records to Mrs. Honeycutt in the NHS Guidance Office so the hours can be added to your official transcript. Copies of the Community Service Volunteer Service Record form can be found on the NHS Student Information Center (https://www.sbac.edu/Page/31062) and in the NHS Guidance Office.
