Masks are mandatory for all students and adults, regardless of vaccination status, for the first 2 weeks of school.  The only form accepted for mask exemption for your child will be found at the following link and MUST be signed by a physician: Student Mask Opt-Out Medical Exemption Form 

Parents also have the option to apply for the Hope Transfer Scholarship.  The notification form for the scholarship can be found here:
