Mission Statement

The mission of our school counseling program is to support all facets of student development.  The program focuses on three domains - academic, personal/social, and career.  These domains are met through classroom guidance, individual counseling, group counseling, Educational Planning Team meetings, and school-wide social programs.  The ultimate goal is to support our students towards becoming responsible and productive citizens who can effectively manage any future challenges they may face.

Professional School Counselors Believe:

* All students have dignity and worth and have the right to be served by a comprehensive school counseling program.
* All students have a capacity to learn and to be supported academically.
* All students will be provided with a school counseling program that will be consistent with expected developmental stages of learning and differences in learning styles.
