In order to keep children safe, and keep drop-off and pick-up as efficient as possible, our School has adopted these protocols. We ask that all caregivers review and follow the protocols in order to contribute to our safe school culture and demonstrate consideration and respect for all. At the end of the day, the children are watching. Please remember you are modeling for them the necessity of following school rules and showing respect for all.

Picking Up Children from School Early: Children are not released directly from the classroom to leave school before dismissal times. You MUST come to the office first and sign out your child. Your child will be sent for and released to you.

For safety reasons, the last time you will be able to check your child(ren) out early from the school days are: 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:15 pm

Wednesday: 12:00 pm

If you arrive after that time you must wait until the bell rings. We appreciate your understanding for allowing us to keep all of our students safe.  

Car Riders: 

Drop off and pick-up should occur only from the lot on East entrance of NW 45th Ave. the valet line. Dropping off and picking up in the West bus drop off lot (NW 45th Ave.) is strictly prohibited as it is a major safety concern.

While in the car pick up line, please pull all the way to the front until traffic is stopped. Please also have your car sign visible to allow the flow to continue. (If you need one please reach out to your child's teacher) 

A staff member will escort your child to/from your car. Children should have their things gathered and be ready to unload as soon as the car is against the curb.

Parent Pick Up: 

If you are walking up to pick up your child(ren), please head to the Art Room. If we are in rainy day dismissal we will open the side doors to allow you to come in. However, your child(ren) we remain the Art room until a staff member releases them.
