    The Institute of Biotechnology provides students with the opportunity to acquire 4 industry certifications.

    The Biotechnician Assistant Credentialing Exam (BACE) is an industry-recognized exam offered by Biotility designed to assess core skills and knowledge sets defined by the bioscience industry. The exam framework is based on a DACUM analysis, detailing the competencies foundational to technician level positions. Reviewed and updated annually with oversight from a national advisory board, the BACE remains current to industry needs nationwide.

    AEST Agricultural Biotechnology encompasses the study of biotechnology applications, laboratory safety and skills, scientific investigation and application, genetic principles, tissue and cell culture techniques, quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines as applied to agricultural biotechnology.

    The PMI Project Management Ready introduces learners to Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Traditional Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks/Methodologies, and Business Analyst Frameworks. With the PMI Project Management Ready certification, students can immerse themselves in the project management industry and connect with a passionate community of professionals while gaining a competitive edge. 

    Entrepreneurship and Small Business is a certification from Certiport, sponsored by Intuit and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, that ensures tomorrow's leaders are prepared with the toolkit they need to get ahead in today's competitive landscape. Whether you are starting a bakery or launching the next billion dollar startup, ESB validates a students' understanding of core business principles, including the essentials needed to launch and maintain a successful business.
