The Community Partnership School at Howard Bishop Middle School is a program under CHS, which addresses the needs of the students, faculty, staff, parents and community members by providing innovative and inclusive programing to address academic, economic, and social need. Utilizing a collective impact model, the Community Partnership School focuses on creating positive outcomes for students, families and communities through building collaborative partnerships. These core partnerships consist of a nonprofit organization (Children’s Home Society of Florida; CHS), Howard Bishop Middle School (Alachua County School District), colleges or universities (Santa Fe College and the University of Florida), and a healthcare provider (Florida Department of Health Alachua County).
