Parking for the 2025 - 2026 School Year
Important Dates:
August 7th – SENIORS ONLY! Early Bird Parking (By Appointment ONLY – SignUp Genius link will be sent out with times from 9:00am to 1:00pm)
August 12th – SENIORS ONLY! Regular Parking will be available to Seniors. (By Appointment ONLY – SignUp Genius link will be sent out with times from 3:00 to 4:45). This is the last Senior parking day!
August 13th – Regular JUNIORS Parking from 3:00pm to 4:00pm! (By Appointment ONLY – SignUp Genius link will be sent out with times from 3:00 to 4:45) Remaining paved and grass spots will be raffled on August 13th after lunch, and church parking will be sold.
August 14 – UNDERCLASSMEN Parking! (By Appointment ONLY – SignUp Genius link will be sent out with times from 3:00 to 3:45)
Spaces will be selected on a first come, first serve basis based on SignUp Genius spots.
Parking Requirements for Students:
ALL of the following are required in order to purchase parking. If any of these requirements are not met and/or if your debts are not cleared, you will NOT be processed for parking until they are met and/or the debt is paid, regardless of your sign-up time.

Debt
All Debt MUST be paid off to purchase a parking decal. This includes any parking tickets received on-campus in the previous year(s).
If you have questions about debt, please call the school at (352) 955 - 6702. They will be able to tell you if you’re on the debt list and how to resolve it. If you know that you have returned all of your textbooks and paid for all the club/fair share dues, then you should not be on the debt list. All debts can be cleared the day of by returning books or paying for books/club dues/fair share. All checks need to be made payable to Buchholz High School. Debt payment MUST BE SEPARATE from parking payment!! (YOU WILL NEED SEPARATE CASH FOR BOTH!!)
GPA
Students must have a 2.0 or above to purchase a parking decal
Credits
Seniors MUST have successfully completed 18 credits
Juniors MUST have successfully completed 12 credits
Sophomores MUST have successfully completed 6 credits.
Vehicle Registration
Registration MUST be current.
Driver’s License
Students MUST have a valid driver’s license, NOT a driver’s permit.
*We will be unable to make copies. You must bring copies with you. Many local businesses (including CVS, Publix and Walgreens) sell copies for as little as $0.19.
Parking Pricing:
Cash and Money Orders are accepted. Money Orders should be made out to Buchholz High School. We are unable to process credit/debit cards.
On-Campus Paved Parking:
$120*
*SENIORS ONLY: Seniors wishing to paint their parking spot MUST pay an additional fee of $30. See Instructions below.*
On-Campus Grass Parking:
$100
On Campus Dual-Enrollment Parking:
$60 (This is only available for students with 3 or less BHS classes: Periods 1-3 or 4-6)
NW Baptist Church Parking**:
$100
**Church Parking will not be sold until ALL other parking spots have been sold.** Seniors MAY NOT purchase Church Parking. Church parking has been donated by NW Baptist church.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EARLY BIRD SENIOR PARKING:
PRIOR to August 7th: Sign Up Genius Information, Google Form, and Parking Responsibilities

SENIORS for EARLY Parking ONLY: Here is the SignUp Genius Link to sign up for a time to arrive at Buchholz to purchase your parking decal. Times will be available from 9:00am - 1:00pm on August 7th.

After selecting a time to purchase your decal on SignUp Genius, please complete this Google Form. It will require an uploaded photo of both your driver’s license and vehicle registration. This form should be completed by Wednesday August 6th at 11:59 pm. If the Google Form is not filled out, you will NOT be processed when you arrive at school. The form will also ask for which time slot you chose on SignUp Genius so we have your information ready when you arrive.

Once you have signed up for a purchase time on SignUp Genius and completely filled out the Google Form, please print, read and sign a copy of the Parking Responsibilities Form online. Parents MUST also sign this form. (Copies will be available in the front office.) Bring a hard-copy of this completed form with you when you come to purchase your decal on August 7th.
August 7th: Senior Early Bird Day (9:00am-1:00pm)
Please arrive at room 04-068 by your selected scheduled time (from SignUp Genius) and line up outside the double doors to purchase your decal. Student Council Members will allow you into the room in small groups to be processed. Students in each time slot will be processed as they arrive. Parents or friends may come pick up a senior’s decal, but the process outlined above must still be followed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGULAR SENIOR PARKING:
August 12th: Regular Senior Parking Day (3:00-4:45)
Please complete this Google Form. It will require an uploaded photo of both your driver’s license and vehicle registration. This form should be completed by Monday, August 11th at 11:59 pm. If the Google Form is not filled out, you will fill it out in your group at Orientation; please have a photo of your driver’s license and vehicle registration ready to upload.

Once you have completely filled out the Google Form, please print, read and sign a copy of the Parking Responsibilities Form from online. Parents MUST also sign this form. (Copies will be available in the front office.) Bring a hard-copy of this completed form with you when you come to purchase your decal at Orientation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR JUNIOR PARKING:
August 14: Junior Parking (3:00pm - 5:00pm)

If you would like to be considered for remaining On-Campus Paved or On-Campus Grass Parking, please go to the Front Office, fill out a white card, and place it in the basket next to the cards. The drawing will take place after lunch on August 14. We will notify you when you arrive at room 04-068 whether you were drawn for the On-Campus Parking, and we will let you choose your spot. All juniors whose names are not drawn in the raffle will be able to purchase parking spots at NW Baptist Church.

Senior Parking Spot Painting Information
Hello BHS Seniors!
Seniors will be able to paint their spot ($30 fee) before school begins.
The schedule is as follows:
August 11 – August 15 - After school hours
August 18 – August 22 – After school hours
The school will NOT be providing any painting materials (paint, brushes, water buckets/water) or refreshments. You are allowed to bring family members or friends to assist you in painting.
All designs must be preapproved by the Student Activities Director.
Although you can paint whatever you may like for your spot, if it is deemed inappropriate, it will be painted over by the school (no reference to alcohol, drugs, profanity, or sex).
Please download, print and complete the Parking Painting Form and bring it to rooms 04-068/04-066 along with cash or a check/money order for $30 made out to Buchholz High School.
Below are the size requirements for your design. Please DO NOT make it any larger than specified. Your design must be a foot within the lines of the parking space and spot number. Please provide your own material as listed below.

- Exterior latex house paint
- Paint Brushes/Rollers, Paint Trays
- Painter’s Tape
- Sidewalk Chalk to sketch design
- Water buckets (WITH YOUR OWN WATER)
- Canopy for shade, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. (optional, but recommended)
- Hand Sanitizer
