Students needing to go to the clinic for routine care need to obtain a pass from their classroom teacher to be admitted. Regulations regarding the dispensing of medication apply, and parental permission is necessary to distribute medications to students. A registered nurse and an assistant will help you with the appropriate forms and permissions.

All medications that need to be dropped in the office will need to be turned in by the guardian or parent.  Medications must be  in the pharmacy bottle  with a child's name and dosage or brand new over-the-counter medications. A form must be completed and a nurse must be present. Please do not send medication in with the child.
